Chloe

Chloe Harper Clark was born with Tricuspid Atresia and Common AV Canal. She had her first surgery on September 29th, 2021 at 1 month old. After a Glenn Procedure in April 2022, Chloe became increasingly Ill before finally being diagnosed with Heart Failure in June. It was at this point that her parents made the difficult decision to list Chloe for a heart transplant. She has remained inpatient waiting for her miracle since then. 333 days in, Chloe is still relentlessly strong and doing well under the care of her nurses and doctors.

After 396 days of waiting in the hospital, Choe received her gift of life on May 19th, 2023.
